By focusing on vitality every day, we keep all of PGGM Fit for the Future

Fit for the Future

FIT2023 was a successful annual theme, but is one year enough? In addition to the transitions we are going through, we face an increasingly challenging work-life balance. If you feel good, you will enjoy going to work more, be more productive, and have less absenteeism.

That's why we have incorporated vitality into our operations and our collective labor agreement policy. From now on, we will always be focused on vitality and continue to organize substantive activities and inspiring sessions to keep our colleagues vital. We have our successful fruit corner and a Fit for the Future budget. This way, the entire PGGM stays Fit for the Future.

To ensure that all colleagues are agile and flexible enough to keep up with all the changes we face, we have created the internal vitality program FIT2023. This included substantive activities, inspiring sessions, and a preventive health check. Three winners emerged from the New Year's challenge, who were supported in their fit resolutions.

That PGGM Train Kept on Running

We want all of our colleagues to be and remain vital. This is because vitality has a preventive effect on absenteeism and productivity. In addition to health, this means work pleasure, (financial) security, and a good work-life balance.
