The onboarding program consists of several components, including pre-onboarding, the first day at work and scheduled touchpoints during the first 100 days for new PGGM employees. On the first day, new employees are immediately immersed in a program that gives them the opportunity to meet other new colleagues and learn about PGGM's culture. During this day, they are given a tour of the building and a warm welcome from a member of the Executive Committee.
